On December 5, Jeffrey Liker visited Ryazan tannery as a part of the Industry section of the All-Russian Forum on Lean Management.
Dr. Jeffrey K. Liker is a Professor of Industrial and Operations Engineering at the University of Michigan, USA.
He is author and co-author of more than 70 articles, as well as 8 books, including the international best-seller "Dao Toyota"
